  • Medium: Ideal for products valued €26 to €55.

Quantity

  • You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible. 

    I am happy to offer a refund or free replacement including shipping if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition within 30 days of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back.

    If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 20 business days (Greece) / 40 business days from the date of shipping (Europe and rest of the world).
