The story behind...
I told my cousin about the inconvenience we had on the return trip from Paros due to our failure to have with us the necessary accompanying document (Pet travel declaration questionnaire) in order to be able to travel with Aigaia 🐶. I also showed her the small pouch I prepared for Aigaia to keep all her documents together and avoid any such inconvenience in the future. My cousin was thrilled and asked me to make her a similar pouch for her adorable Hercules 🐱.

Our Return Policy
You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
I am happy to offer a refund or free replacement including shipping if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition within 30 days of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 20 business days (Greece) / 40 business days from the date of shipping (Europe and rest of the world).
Our Processing Time
All of my shop's items are handmade to order. Please allow 5 to 7 days from your purchase date for your order to be shipped. Kindly note that especially for garments processing time is 1 - 2 weeks.
Our Shipping Policy
All items are shipped from Greece by Hellenic Post (ELTA), International First Priority Mail. Tracking service is available. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You will receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier.
